Social Sustainability in Catering

A group of students attending the 2nd year of Tourist Activities Management at the School of Hospitality and Tourism, will be holding a training session on social sustainability in catering.. This session was planned within the Tourism Operation Management and English for Tourism IV courses and will take place on June 1st,  at 14:30, at Campus II (Vila do Conde).

With this training students aim to sensitize the trainees about the theme and, at the same time, share new sustainable practices to be applied in catering.

This session will consist, firstly, of a brief introductory moment of the theme. Secondly, we will present some campaigns alluding to social sustainability in catering, showing the reality experienced in the sector and how to combat or decrease certain behaviors.

To end this session, we will make available a quiz and a participation certificate.
